Which modes can I book online?
LTL books online: pick a rate, confirm pickup details and print the bill of lading. Reefer LTL, truckload and white glove deliveries are priced instantly in the platform, and your Armstrong team confirms the carrier and books them for you.
Is there a software fee?
No separate license. The platform comes with your shipping account: you pay for the freight you move. Accounts are opened after a quick credit check.
What is the Control Tower?
A live dashboard of every open shipment across every mode. Each mode shows loads in transit, on-time performance and anything that needs attention, and a radar view shows how far each load is from delivery. It's built for shippers who move more than one mode.
Do I have to change how my team ships?
